Hardened Steel
This top quality long shanked hardened steel nipple wrench has a “step down” shank so it will clear the cylinder wall of the Walker and Dragoon revolvers. For stubborn nipples, either soak the cylinder in a good penetrating oil or apply heat to loosen the nipples. Always apply some never-seize to the nipple before installing it in the cylinder.
