Start Your Order

Place your online order. If you have questions, you're invited to give us a call during business hours at (541) 741-4118 (9am to 5pm, Monday-Saturday, Pacific Time).

Order Processing

We receive your order, check available inventory, determine the shipping cost, and prepare an invoice.

Confirmation and Payment

We will call you with the order information. You will have a chance to modify or cancel your order. We will take your payment card information over the phone.

Once we contact you, you have 5 business days to contact us, or we will cancel the order.

4.

Order is Shipped

Once your payment is processed, we'll prepare your order for shipping, and we'll email you a tracking number to follow your order. Our orders are shipped by the most economical carrier.
