These wads are prelubed with Power Lube and made from a special high density, 100% wool, woven fabric that has been engineered and designed for this use. When used in cap-n-ball revolvers, Over Powder Wads are used over the powder and under the round lead ball. No messy grease is needed. They safely seal each chamber and prevent any chance of chain-fires. Single shot pistol and rifle shooters are using Over Powder wads over the powder and under the patched ball to improve accuracy.
