The standard grade powder horn has a plain rounded tip with just a strap groove cut in it. Comes with a 58″ narrow leather lace carrying strap. The Maple base plug is lathe turned with an acorn finial and surrounded with solid brass cutler’s nails. The stopper plug is turned with a taper to ensure a proper fit. The horn is stained to give that old, brown authentic look of original powder horns. The horn is measured along the outside curve from the tip back to, but not including, the base plug.
