This pistol sized lock was designed by Pete Allen and is referred to as the Becky Lock. It resembles American made locks of the 1750-1775 era. The tumbler action is similar to the English style fast cam system (the force of the hammer increased as the hammer falls), resulting in a very rapid ignition.
