Investment Cast
This machined investment cast Target – Underhammer percussion action has a single non-adjustable trigger without a half cock. The overall action body length, not including the barrel threads, is 3-3/4″. It measures wide 1.170 at the front and .985″ at the back, top to bottom and tapers from 1.940″ at the front to 1.470″ at the back of the action. The through bolt threads for the butt stock are 1/4×20.
Threaded to accept a barrel that has 3/4×16 breech threads.
This action will work well with heavy weight barrels designed for bench rest target shooting.
