This St Louis Hawken Percussion Rifle Kit has the classic styling & handling of the time-honored Hawken while offering great performance & affordability! The Select Hardwood stock is complimented with brass furniture. The hooked breech, octagonal 15/16″ x 28″ barrel has a 1:48 twist that will stabilize either patched round balls or conical bullets. The percussion lock is color case hardened & is activated by crisp double-set triggers. The steel click adjustable rear sight gives the shooter an edge with the sighting-in process! The barrel comes in the white, requiring either browning or blueing. Assembly instructions included.
